Receptionist / Night Auditor (Night Shift) – ISSA Resort

ISSA Resort is looking for a dedicated Receptionist / Night Auditor to serve as the main point of contact for guests and ensure high-quality service throughout their stay. The role involves managing the check-in and check-out process, coordinating reservations, handling guest requests, and maintaining an exceptional guest experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and register guests upon arrival.
  • Manage guest interactions with professionalism and courtesy, responding to requests and resolving minor complaints efficiently.
  • Assign rooms according to guest requirements and current availability.
  • Coordinate luggage delivery to guest rooms.
  • Respond promptly and accurately to guest inquiries across all communication channels.
  • Manage reservations, modifications, and cancellations in the absence of the Reservations Department staff.
  • Process payments and issue invoices and receipts.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within a 4-star or higher hotel.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a calm and efficient approach.
  • Very good command of English.
  • Solid computer skills; experience with hotel management systems is an advantage.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to operational needs.
  • Balanced personality with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
  • Availability to work exclusively night shifts.
