It all started when two wine lovers looked at these forgotten hills and saw more than potential: they saw legacy. They brought back the vineyard, terrace by terrace, with vision and care. What followed was a revival rooted in history, shaped by modern technology, and guided by patience. After decades of silence, the land came back to life. Today, the vineyard holds the geographical indication “Transylvania Hills” and sits just steps away from one of the oldest viticultural areas in Europe, once thriving under Roman rule

Right in the middle of the vineyard, the winery rises gracefully. It’s not here to impress, but to guide the grapes without rushing them. Named after the Roman name of nearby Turda, Potaissa, our ISSA Collection gathers ~300,000 bottles of wine made here each year, each one of them shaped with intention, well balanced for all tastes.
