After the equinox, when day and night stand, for a fleeting moment, in perfect balance, something begins to stir. We find ourselves suspended between earth and sky, between winter and spring, between what recedes and what quietly takes form. At the core of the Arena, transformed for a single evening. The grace of the horses lifts the gaze, the resonance of strings allows space for reflection. Wine, presence, and conversation gather momentum. And then, everything blooms. RENAISSANCE.

Each gathering unfolds with a dining experience where gastronomy, wine, art, and the quiet power of the horses converge in a sensorial dialogue, within spaces chosen to disrupt familiarity.

The night unfolds with a curated dinning experience, where gastronomy, wine, art, and the quite elegance of horses converge into a multi-sensory spectacle, set within an unexpected space.

19:00 —  Lunar welcome, within one of Europe’s most remarkable indoor horse arenas

Four-course seasonal menu with wine pairing, refined and composed exclusively for the evening by Chef Cristian Voicu. ISSA Wines selected by oenologist Ovidiu Maxim.
