SPA Therapist

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented SPA Therapist who will provide exceptional wellness treatments and personalized experiences, ensuring the highest standards of professionalism, hygiene, and guest satisfaction in a luxurious 5-star environment.

Performing SPA treatments and therapies at the highest standards of quality, professionalism and attention to detail.
Personalizing wellness experiences, by understanding the needs and expectations of each guest.
Creating an atmosphere of relaxation and trust, with an emphasis on discretion and refinement.
Respecting the protocols and work standards established by ISSA SPA.
Collaborating effectively with the entire team to ensure a fluid, harmonious and memorable experience for customers.
Maintaining an impeccable level of hygiene, order and organization in cabins and work spaces.
Presenting and recommending treatments and products, contributing to guest loyalty and promoting the ISSA SPA concept.
Actively participating in internal trainings, continuous development of skills and supporting the organizational culture based on excellence and growth.

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as a SPA therapist, preferably in resorts, luxury hotels or premium spaces.
Recognized certifications and diplomas in the field of massage, body, facial and wellness therapies.
Excellent communication skills, empathy and customer orientation.
Professional, calm and elegant attitude, able to convey security and refinement.
Rigor, punctuality and seriousness in respecting quality standards.
Availability to work in shifts and on weekends, according to the resort's schedule.
Knowledge of English at a conversational level (other foreign languages are an advantage).
Impeccable presence, neat appearance and elegant image, in accordance with the standards of a 5★resort
