Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests with elegance and professionalism, ensuring an impeccable first impression.
- Manage reservations for SPA treatments and facilities using internal booking systems.
- Present and clearly explain the available services, treatments, and products.
- Provide personalized advice to guests with tact, discretion, and a focus on individual needs.
- Coordinate the therapists’ schedules and manage appointments to maintain an efficient operational flow.
- Process payments and handle transactions in accordance with internal procedures.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization at the SPA reception.
- Collaborate closely with the resort team to ensure a complete and harmonious guest experience.
- Handle sensitive situations with calm, diplomacy, and professionalism.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role (SPA reception, luxury hotels, or premium locations).
- Solid computer skills and familiarity with reservation software (experience with PMS systems is an advantage).
- Excellent communication, active listening, and customer relationship skills.
- Conversational level of English; knowledge of additional foreign languages is a strong advantage.
- Professional, positive, and calm attitude with an elegant and well-groomed appearance.
- Strong organizational skills, punctuality, and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Discretion and respect for guests’ privacy and comfort.
