We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Senior Accountant who will ensure the accurate and complete management of financial and accounting operations, maintaining compliance and precision in all company records.
Responsibilities:
Record entries for fixed assets and inventory items.
Register invoices for utilities, telecommunications, and sanitation services.
Record invoices for services and consumable materials.
Verify the existence of valid purchase orders and contracts for third-party service invoices.
Review and reconcile supplier account statements.
Perform supplier compensations.
Reconcile supplier accounts and payments made by card.
Participate in the confirmation of supplier balances.
Review the VAT journal for purchases.
Process bank statements.
Collect, verify, and record employee expense reports.
Maintain and prepare accounting notes related to account 471 (prepaid expenses).
Participate in the annual inventory and asset verification process.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting, or Finance.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of financial and accounting legislation, with the ability to anticipate regulatory changes.
Analytical and logical thinking, with problem-solving skills.
Ability to analyze, organize, and correlate financial data.
High attention to detail, accuracy, and results orientation.
Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Intermediate level of English.
