We are looking for a Financial Analyst who is organized, proactive, and solution-oriented, responsible for analyzing and reporting the operational performance across all our business lines.
Responsibilities:
Analyze and report operational performance (budget – forecast – actual) at company, business line, and cost center level.
Evaluate HoReCa event proposals (Business Plan, Cash Flow) and support the operational team in developing business cases.
Prepare approval documentation for HoReCa business cases.
Coordinate the budgeting and reforecasting process in collaboration with operational teams.
Prepare and update cash flow statements for each company within the group, developing financial tools to support decision-making.
Conduct financial analyses and forecasts for new business lines.
Monitor budget execution and P&L performance, ensuring compliance with approved limits and identifying potential risks.
Collaborate with the Group Financial Department to configure and automate performance reports.
Provide simulations and financial analyses for current or future strategic agreements.
Develop new financial analysis models to enhance financial and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
University degree in Finance or related field.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting (preferably within entrepreneurial environments or related industries such as real estate, HoReCa, tourism, or hospitality).
Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong analytical, synthesis, and communication skills.
Organized, responsible, and ethical work style.
Ability to adapt to change and dynamic environments.
Intermediate level of English.
