Electromechanical Technician / Engineer (BMS)

We are looking for a responsible and results-oriented Electromechanical Technician / Engineer (BMS) to actively contribute to building automation works and ensure the optimal functioning of technical equipment and control systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Actively participate in building automation projects: modernizations, installation of equipment and electrical panels, programming, testing, adjustments, inspections, repairs, maintenance, and technical support.
  • Install, configure, program, and test controllers and automation systems.
  • Perform visual inspections and functional tests on installations and equipment within the area of responsibility.
  • Carry out maintenance and repair operations in accordance with the established maintenance plan.

Requirements:

  • Secondary or higher technical education (electric, electronic, electrotechnical, or automation fields) or relevant qualification courses.
  • Between 2 and 5 years of experience in a similar position, involving installation, programming, and commissioning of building automation equipment.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical installations, low-current systems, building automation, and control equipment.
  • Ability to interpret control system diagrams, as well as electrical and mechanical schematics.
  • Previous on-site work experience.
  • Availability for field work and travel.
  • Initiative and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Category B driving license.
